Reflecting on 2024, and Looking Ahead to 2025!

As we approach the end of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made this year.

It’s been a busy and productive year, beginning with the acquisition of Biomni as an AI software house and the launch of Selectivise to better meet our clients’ resourcing needs.

We’ve actively engaged with clients and shared our insights at key industry events, including Gartner ReImagineHR, the CTO Round Table, the SITS Service Desk Show, itSMF UK, SS&C Blue Prism London, and Biomni’s AI Golf Event.

Our efforts have focused on strengthening strategic partnerships, most notably by becoming active members of the SS&C Blue Prism Global TAP (Technology Alliance Program) Partnership.

Despite a challenging market, we have:

Successfully integrated teams across the Illuminet Group.
Enhanced the capabilities and services of our flagship Intelligent Automation & AI solution, Tenjin.
Expanded our Intelligent Automation, Data Science, Architecture, and Consulting practices to deliver even greater value to our clients.

We’ve also continued to make a positive impact on the environment. Through monthly eco missions and our annual Make a Difference Day, we planted 4,325 more trees this year – bringing the total to over 21,300 as part of our Treevolution initiative.

As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited about the opportunities and possibilities that lie before us – both for our team and for our clients.
