Global TAP Partner for SS&C Blue Prism

The Illuminet Group are delighted to share that they have been formally accepted as a Global Technology Alliance Program Partner with SS&C Blue Prism for the Tenjin product.

This powerful combination of Conversational AI and Chat technology with Intelligent Automation, will enable seamless automation of core business and user processes—from initial enquiries and end-user service via Tenjin to back-office execution using SS&C Blue Prism.

Biomni (part of the Illuminet Group) have developed this integration to ensure a smooth flow between the Tenjin Conversational AI engine and the SS&C Blue Prism Digital Worker, allowing seamless handoff and interactions.

As a TAP (Technology Alliance Program) partner, Tenjin is now the approved Conversational AI tool for SS&C Blue Prism customers and partners. This creates new capabilities and solutions to enhance employee and customer experience, with cutting-edge Chat and AI technologies.
