Under the existing Virtual Bench as a Service (VBaaS) agreement, Illuminet provided MIB with rapid access to experienced resource across Project Management, Business Analysis and Test Management disciplines.

Through the VBaaS model, MIB was able to draw on a scalable pool of specialists at short notice, selecting the right capability at the right time without committing to long-term resourcing overheads. Illuminet’s senior delivery resources integrated seamlessly into MIB’s programme structure, providing:

· Senior Project Management to lead and coordinate critical migration workstreams, manage dependencies, and support governance.

· Business Analysis to define detailed requirements, support data and process mapping, coordinate with technology teams, and ensure business readiness.

This flexible and assured delivery model allowed MIB to scale capacity as needed and maintain momentum across both MID and MIAFTR migration phases.

With Illuminet’s VBaaS capability augmenting the programme team, MIB successfully delivered the end-to-end migration of both MID and MIAFTR onto the Navigate platform. The programme benefited from strengthened governance, clearer requirement traceability, rigorous testing oversight, and enhanced operational readiness during cutover.
