Data Transformation

Through (Virtual Bench as a Service) Illuminet deployed Project Management and Business Analysis expertise in the Cloud, with a phased delivery, aligning with governance policies, to focus on:

1. Customer Journey Mapping: ingesting all the client’s business touch points through various internal data sources / databases and external 3rd party vendors and migrating them across the Cloud into one central data lake.
2. Data Science as a Service (DSaaS) BTD (Build, Test, Deliver): managing the delivery plans and regulatory governance associated with DSaaS adhering to, including 3rd party delivery and reporting of risks, issues and options.
3. Data Warehouse Project: Business Analysis provided to the Scrum Team to support delivery of HR Dashboard Automation, replacing the existing excel dashboard with PowerBI reporting, driven by Snowflake.

All legacy systems, data sources and databases were migrated to a central Azure Cloud Data Lake with optimised DSaaS capabilities and reporting automation.

This enabled better value from data through increased data availability and improved analytical capability, leading to efficiency savings and optimised customer experience.
