Tree-ometer update: March

It’s that time of the month again!

We always look forward to finding out the contribution we have made to the trees for Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust at the end of the month, it gives us a unique sense of satisfaction to know that our day to day work is helping to preserve the woodlands up north! A sense of satisfaction we encourage all businesses to join in on!

With everything that is going on in the world, the positive news that we planted 173 trees through our March placements is not a moment too soon! This takes our tree-ometer up to a total of 1,869 trees since August…thats a woodland the size of a rugby pitch!

Our tree-ometer is looking very green and leafy after this months total, and by the time we come round to re-organising our Litter Sprint event later this year when safe to do so, we should be well on the way to reaching our 3,000 tree target!

On another positive note, during times of isolation the team have been admiring the change in the local wildlife whilst daily exercising! You can see some of the fantastic photos over on our Instagram and LinkedIn. These may be challenging times for us, but for nature it’s a silver lining!
