LMEAugment the team and IT Service Management Consultancy

We created the ITIL based service management processes and procedures for the London Metal Exchange enabling improved incident, problem and change management. This involved creating the policies, procedures and training the staff using them. We rolled our sleeves up and also helped run CAB meetings and problem management sessions. We also helped them evaluate and choose their new Service Desk tooling which will improve service for all users within the LME.
