This is an exciting opportunity as an Automation Developer, working predominantly in the Leamington Spa office, Warwickshire, with the occasional working on the go.

Reporting to the Head of Intelligent Automation and AI, you have to be ready to innovate and explore what’s possible in the world of robotics. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes for our clients. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, and testing and fixing bugs.  

When not on a client contract you will be working within the Illuminet team to help innovate and move our internal products and processes forward to stay ahead of the market. 

An immediate start is useful but not required.

Individual Requirements: 

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and cognitive platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, etc. BluePrism experience is highly preferred with accreditation or Bluprism certification.  With exposure to any of the other tools is useful.

This role carries senior responsibility within the Consulting team, working closely with clients, Illuminet’s Sales and Client Delivery Directors and Associates to provide consulting expertise both at pre-sales and in delivery. As such, the Enterprise Architect is a key component part of Illuminet Solutions’ ability to achieve or exceed growth targets in revenue and profitability. 

The focus of this role will be to provide strategic consulting services that utilise significant experience in executive / c-suite strategic thinking and senior leadership guidance.

This role will support our clients in defining their business goals, creating a bridge between business context and concept, and designing information technology roadmaps. 

The role holder will be expected to assume a position of responsibility, which may include mentoring and the development of more junior colleagues either within Illuminet or within our client’s domain. When not on a client contract you will be working within the broader Illuminet team to help innovate and move our internal products and processes forward to stay ahead of the market. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer of the company, the Global Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, new markets, new clients and partners globally (UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia) for the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and work closely with the Business Development Executives to provide guidance, training, and workshops for new lead generation process
  • Working closely with Client Delivery Directors to devise strategies for new business engagements

  • Must have some experience in 2 or more of the following Technology Deployments, Upgrades, Applications and App Development, Infrastructure, Transformation and change.  
  • Should be skilled and preferably qualified in methodologies such as ITIL, Scrum, Agile and Waterfall.  
  • Technically proficient in MS products including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.    
  • Knowledge of 2 or more of SAP, RPA, workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Dynamics 365 is desirable.  
  • Sector knowledge in the following areas an advantage; Utilities, Retail/Supply chain, Insurance/Financial services, Information Technology, Technology.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain effective relationship with the client and all stakeholders.  
  • Manage the delivery, whether by Suppliers, Associates and/or the Client to deliver the desired outcomes.   
  • Engage, lead and motivate the project team.   
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.   
  • Development of project initiation documentation (PID) or equivalent.  
  • Create and maintain Project plan and comprehensive project documentation.  
  • Track and report progress.  
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.  
  • Manage risk, ensuring that they are flagged for corrective action in good time.  
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.  
  • Adherence to Illuminet Behaviors.

Governance and Compliance 

  • Contribution to the development of the company’s policies, processes, procedures, products and services being delivered by Illuminet.  
  • Contribution to creation of client facing collateral for marketing or delivery purposes.  
  • Identify talented, skilled practitioners that can join the Illuminet Business Network. Helping to develop the Illuminet Business Network value to Associates/Suppliers and to Illuminet.  
  • Produce regular project reports for Illuminet and the client.
